Career Development Coaching
Get back in the driving seat of your career again and take the time to work out where you are and where you want to be. Whatever you need, we’ll work together to create a plan that gets you there.
Feeling unfulfilled in your current role?
I know you’re great at your job; you’re dedicated, put in the hours in, and work hard.
Your supervisors and colleagues congratulate you, but you just don’t feel it.
Maybe it’s become repetitive and you no longer feel challenged enough.
You feel like you’re always overlooked for promotion, or you’re overworked, arriving home exhausted, realising that your work-life balance is off.
Are you ready to take charge of your current career?
Imagine overcoming the career plateau you find yourself in, having a clear plan on what your next career move will be, so that you can move into a role that both challenges you and stimulates you, while also giving you the freedom to take up other interests outside work.
Maybe spend more time with your family or take up a new hobby.
Finally, gain the confidence you need to move into a position that lights you up and restores your work-life balance.

“I came to Claire with various topics that were troubling me at the time (work-life balance, to do lists, procrastination) and every time I came away with some new realisations about myself. Claire is a great listener who knew when to give me a bit more thinking space (the power of a pause) and when to ask a question. She's really good at playing back what you said - when I heard my words paraphrased and spoken out loud, cogs were turning and dots were connecting. A very insightful experience. I also really liked the tools and techniques that Claire has shared with me during our sessions - they helped me get more clarity on where I am, what is bugging me and where to focus my attention next.”

“The real turning point for me was when I really took charge of my career path; and stopped letting current job/work take charge of me.”
